Terms & Conditions: Loan Cube Australia Launch Competition
To enter: To be in the running to win one (1) double pass to NRL Double header at Perth Stadium on 10 March 2018, Aladdin the Musical at Crown Perth on 1 July 2018 and Pink at Perth Arena on 4 July 2018 simply like the Loan Cube Australia Facebook Page, tag a friend you would like to take to all the events in the competition post comments.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Loan Cube Australia Launch Competition (“Competition”) commences at 3.00pm WST on Sunday 29 October 2017 and closes at 5:00pm WST on Friday 26 January 2018 (“Promotional Period”). Taking part in this Competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. BPJ Finance Pty Ltd t/as Loan Cube Australia, Po Box 73 BURSWOOD WA 6100, phone (08) 6150 9609 is the promoter of this Competition (“Promoter” or “Loan Cube Australia”).
3. To be eligible for entry (“Entrant”) in the Competition you must (“Eligibility Criteria”):
a. Be aged over 18.
b. Be a resident of Western Australia.
c. Be a fan of the Loan Cube Australia Facebook page by liking the page at the following address https://www.facebook.com/Loancubeaustralia
4. To enter, Entrants must comment on the nominated Facebook post by tagging a friend they wish to take along to the events, during the Promotional Period (“Entry Requirements”).
5. There is no limit to the number of entries. Entrants can enter as many times as they wish but must only tag a friend in the comments once. To enter again you must tag a new friend in a separate comment.
6. Valid Entries are entries that satisfy the Entry Requirements.
7. There is 1 prize to be won, consisting of a double pass to all three of the following events, NRL Double header at Perth Stadium on 10 March 2018, Aladdin the Musical at Crown Perth on 1 July 2018 and Pink at Perth Arena on 4 July (“Event”) valued at $527.45 (“Prize”). The total prize pool value is $527.45.
8. Directors and employees of Loan Cube Australia (and associated entities) including their immediate families, its agencies and companies associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter the Competition.
9. The winning entries (“Winners”) of the competition will be:
a) The first entry randomly selected by a representative from Loan Cube Australia via a Facebook Live Event on 29 January 2017 at 12.30pm WST.
10. The Winner will be notified in writing on the Loan Cube Australia Facebook page by a response to their post on Monday 29 January 2018 by 5.00pm WST. Winners will then be required to privately message their contact phone number to the Loan Cube Australia Facebook page, so that they may be identified and to claim their Prize. Prizes will then be made available for collection from a mutually agreed location between the dates of Tuesday 30 January 2018 and Tuesday 6 February 2018.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any of the prizes whilst in transit.
12. If a Winner selected is not able to be contacted by 9.00am WST on Friday 2 February 2018, their Prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected by a Loan Cube Australia representative in the same place and manner as clause 9 on Friday 2 February 2018 at 12.30pm WST.
13. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Winners accept the Prize ‘as is’ and acknowledge that the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize. Winners should seek advice from the Australian Tax Office or their own taxation adviser or independent financial adviser.
14. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who does not meet the Eligibility Criteria or does not provide suitable verifying identification.
15. The Promoter will use its best endeavours to provide the Prizes listed. Although Prizes are subject to change at the Promoter’s discretion. If the Prizes are unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute for that Prize or item for a prize or item of an equivalent value subject to any written directions given under applicable trade promotion laws and regulations.
16. Travel to and from the Event, and any other associated costs in accepting a Prize, is the sole responsibility of the Winner and their guest.
17. If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned (including, but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, the Promoter may take any action that may be available including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Competition.
18. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

20. Each Entrant consent to the Promoter contacting them via Facebook and/or Facebook Private Messenger.
21. The Entrant acknowledges that by entering this Competition they are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
22. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
23. Each Winner consents, or the Winner(s) parent(s) or guardian(s) consent, to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition (including any outcome), the Promoter and or products/services supplied by the Promoter.
24. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related entities and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, and Facebook, will not be liable for any personal injury, loss or damage, whatsoever which is suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to) indirect or consequential, financial or other loss) to or by an Entrant or Winner.
25. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Western Australia and each Entrant agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Western Australia.
